I always try to keep a super healthy snack in my bag to avoid getting famished or having my blood sugar drop. Finding a good health bar/bite is not always easy, especially when advertising and branding has become so sneaky these days.

Make sure you are always reading the full list of ingredients, and scour your local health stores for the best of the best. Some bars are refrigerated, so be sure to check that section too. Below are my favorites, which are all vegan, have no refined sugar, and are gluten and dairy free.

Not only can you snack on these treats alone, but also chop them up and sprinkle them over fruit or yogurt or even serve them on a charcuterie board (hey, it's the healthy option!). Most of the brands below have multiple flavors as well as products, so if certain ingredients don't tickle-your-fancy, just try a different one.
